Welcome! I have been lucky to work alongside both inspirational leaders and talented craftspeople. We shared a passion for building products. I started writing to capture my learning and structure my thoughts. I hope you find what you are looking for in these posts. I write about leadership, leading agile teams, architecture, programming, and DevOps in a product development context.

Biography

Sayantam helps product development teams align with product strategy, adopt agile practices, and build end-to-end systems. He leads a talented Engineering Team at Knownwell, building an AI Operating System for business.

Before this, he held multiple leadership roles at Clarivate - the Engineering leader for Foundation IP (a leading IP Management System) and the Development Leader for IPG Teams in India. During his tenure with 3Pillar Global, he helped create the Architecture and CloudOps practices, led the Engineering organization in the India delivery center, and headed its Innovation Lab.
